William Terry Fitzpatrick was born Nov. 14, 1944 in Richmond, Kentucky and passed away Sept. 22, 2016 in Sumterville, FL at the age of 71.   He was the son of the late Samuel Edward and Virginia Ruth Gullet Fitzpatrick. 

Terry is survived by his wife: Karen Fay Sowder Fitzpatrick; three sons: A.J. Fitzpatrick (Cyndi) of Crittenden, Jeff Mulberry of Dry Ridge and Greg Chipman of Burgin; three daughters: Lynn Fitzpatrick of Nicholasville, Tammie Cavins of Toledo, OH and Virginia Meche (Alan) of Louisiana; three sisters: Betty Kelley (Ronnie) of Holiday, FL, Tempie Abner (Ron) of Indianapolis, IN and Sandy Thompson of Cynthiana; and 10 Grandchildren and 2 Great Grandchildren.

Terry was a retired truck driver with Dayton Freightlines and was a member of the Lawrenceville Baptist Church.  After his retirement he enjoyed spending much of his time fishing.

Funeral services will be 1:00 PM Saturday, Oct. 1, 2016 at Elliston-Stanley Funeral Home, Williamstown with Rev. Jay Holt officiating.  Visitation will be 11:00 AM - 1:00 PM Saturday at the funeral home.  Burial will follow in the Williamstown Cemetery.
